• Size/Diameter: Designed specifically for use with 16mm (0.62 inch) drip irrigation tubing/lateral pipe.
• Material: Usually made from high-quality, durable materials such as Polypropylene (PP) Co Polymer, Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) plastic, or Delrin. These materials are selected for their resistance to rust, corrosion, weathering, and agrochemicals.
• Connection Type: Most commonly features barbed ends for a secure, push-fit connection that creates a tight seal without the need for clamps, glue, or special tools. Some models may feature 1/4" NPT male and female threading for connection to various valves and pipes.
• Operating Pressure: Generally designed to withstand standard operating pressures, with some specific brand models, such as those from Netafim, rated for 0 to 4 BAR (approx. 0-58 PSI)
