Venturi injectors are specified by several key parameters, including inlet/outlet size, operating pressure range, motive flow rate, and suction capacity. They also feature material specifications for chemical resistance and often come with additional components like control valves and filters

• Inlet/Outlet Size: This refers to the main pipeline connection diameter, typically available in standard National Pipe Thread (NPT) or British Standard Pipe (BSP) sizes, such as 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1.5", and 2".
• Operating Pressure: Injectors are designed to work within a specific pressure range (e.g., 0.5 to 6 bar or 7 to 87 PSI). A minimum pressure differential (typically 20-30% less outlet pressure than inlet pressure) is required to create the necessary vacuum for suction.
• Motive Flow Rate: This specifies the volume of water the venturi can process at a given inlet pressure. For a 1-inch injector, this might range from 1.82 to 6.34 m/h (cubic meters per hour), while a 2-inch model could handle 6,600 to 17,050 LPH (liters per hour).
• Components: Standard kits often include a suction port assembly, a flow control valve for adjusting the suction volume, a check valve to prevent backflow, and a filter.
